[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시가 진양호의 수려한 자연경관을 따라 조성 중인 ‘진양호 노을전망 데크로드’의 잔여 구간을 올해 안으로 완공해 총연장 2.2km의 전 구간을 개통할 계획이다.
이 데크로드는 진양호공원 내 아천 북카페 입구에서 시작해 전망대, 양마산 팔각정을 지나 상락원 뒤편 등산로까지 이어지는 숲길로, 진양호의 호수와 숲, 노을을 모두 감상할 수 있다.
데크길은 완만한 경사로 조성돼 남녀노소 누구나 편안하게 이용할 수 있도록 설계됐으며, 유모차나 노약자도 부담 없이 걸을 수 있도록 안전성과 편의성을 강화한 것이 특징이다.
