브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 서울시가 PC, 모바일, 태블릿 등 어떤 기기로도 주택시장 정보를 쉽게 제공하는 ‘서울주택 정보마당’을 공개해 시민들의 주택거래 정보 접근성 개선에 나섰다.
‘서울주택 정보마당’은 기존 ‘서울주거포털’의 전월세 정보는 물론, 매매 시장과 정비사업 정보 등 다양한 주택시장 정보를 한곳에 모았다. 정비사업 추진 단계별 현황, 입주 예정 물량, 매월 조사하는 주택시장(매매) 자료까지 담았다.
특히, 재개발·재건축·소규모정비사업의 추진 현황과 입주 예정 물량까지 투명하게 공개해 시민들의 알 권리를 강화했다.
기존에 제공하던 전월세 정보는 편의성을 대폭 개선했다. 분기마다 공개되던 전세가율은 이제 지도 기반의 월별 자료로 제공돼 정보 확인이 훨씬 쉬워졌다.
‘서울주택 정보마당’ 세부화면에서 사용자가 지도 위에서 정보를 알고 싶은 법정동 또는 자치구 지역을 최대 5개까지 클릭하면 지역별 전세가율, 전월세전환율을 지역·시계열별로 확인할 수 있다.
‘전월세전환율 계산기’도 제공해 임차인의 권익과 임대차 계약 협상력을 높이고, ‘깜깜이 임대계약’을 막는다.
