인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 챌린지는 학생들이 인천사이버진로교육원에서 진로AI적성검사를 한 뒤, 생성된 진로AI리포트를 저장·업로드하는 방식으로 진행된다.
학생들은 검사 결과를 개인별 진로 설계 자료로 활용할 수 있으며, 참여 실적은 학교생활기록부에도 반영 가능하다.
인천사이버진로교육원은 자체 시스템을 구축해 학교 현장에서 학생들이 직접 진로심리검사를 활용할 수 있도록 지원하고 있으며 개원 이후 꾸준히 진로AI적성검사와 리포트를 제공하며 학생들의 자기이해와 진로탐색을 돕고 있다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 모집 대상은 관내 중학교 1~3학년과 고등학교 1학년 학생 총 60명을 선발하며, 참가를 희망하는 학생은 인천사이버진로교육원 누리집에서 신청할 수 있다.
선발된 학생들은 교사진로멘토단과 청년진로멘토단의 지원을 받아 자기주도적 진로 탐색 활동에 참여하게 된다.
