(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 부평구가 21일, 신한은행의 사회공헌활동 일자리사업 지원으로 추진되는 실전형 취업지원 프로그램 ‘청년 AI 입사지원 마스터’를 오는 22일부터 2026년 3월까지 운영한다고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, 이 사업은 인공지능(AI) 채용환경 확산 및 경기불황 등으로 어려움을 겪는 청년 구직자를 위해 마련된 인천시 최초의 인공지능 기반 면접지원 프로그램이다.
앞서 부평구는 지난 20일 신한은행 및 고용과미래 사회적협동조합 등과 이번 사업을 위한 관련 협약을 추진한 바 있다.
프로그램은 인공지능 모의면접, 인적성 통합 묶음(패키지) ,상시 화상 면접실 운영, 챗지피티(ChatGPT) 활용 입사지원 대비반(소그룹 단위), 취업공부반 운영 등 다양한 과정을 통해 모의–실전–환류(피드백)–사후관리로 이어지는 종합적 지원으로 구성됐다.
대상은 인천 지역 청년(만 19~39세, 부평 거주자 우선 선발) 거주자 또는 부평구 소재 기업에 취업을 희망하는 청년이다.
모집 인원은 인공지능 입사지원 프로그램 100명과 입사지원 대비반 20명 등이다.
부평구 관계자는 “인공지능 면접과 비대면 전형이 보편화된 채용환경에 맞춰, 인천 최초로 모의–실전–사후관리를 아우르는 체계를 마련했다”며 “지역 청년들이 보다 빠르게 취업으로 연결될 수 있도록 맞춤형 지원을 하겠다”고 말했다.
