총사업비 1조 원 규모의 '협업지능 피지컬 AI 기반 소프트웨어 플랫폼 연구개발 생태계 조성' 사업의 예비타당성조사(예타) 면제가 최종 확정됐다.
22일 전북자치도에 따르면 이날 확정된 예타 면제는 지난 18일 국무회의 의결을 거쳐 기획재정부와 과학기술정보통신부 심의를 통해 최종 결정됐다.
예타 면제에 따라 한국과학기술기획평가원(KISTEP)의 적정성 평가가 진행된다.
평가는 ▲ 사업 목표의 정책 부합성과 실현 가능성 ▲ 연구개발 계획의 합리성 ▲ 예산 타당성 ▲ 사회ㆍ경제적 파급효과 등을 종합적으로 검토한다.
내년 1분기 완료 후 2026년부터 2030년까지 5년간 진행된다.
특히 핵심기술 개발과 연구용 고성능 연산 플랫폼 구축ㆍ피지컬 AI 기술 실증 테스트베드 및 연구 클러스터 조성을 목표로 하고 있다.
