브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 2025년 하반기 업종별 신입 채용 계획에서 총 11개 업종의 채용 확정률이 전년 대비 상승한 것으로 조사됐다.
25일 인크루트에 따르면 국내 기업 591곳(대기업 72곳, 중견기업 107곳, 중소기업 412곳) 중 채용 계획이 있는 291곳의 기업을 대상으로 업종별 채용 확정률을 분석한 결과, 올해 가장 채용 확정률이 늘어난 업종은 ‘여행·숙박·항공’으로 전년 대비 40.0%p 증가한 64.0%를 기록했다. 최근 여행 수요의 증가로 이들 업종 역시 활발한 채용을 계획하고 있는 것으로 보인다.
‘금융·보험’은 전년 대비 37.1%p 상승한 67.7%의 채용 확정률을 기록했다. ‘금융·보험’은 총 17개의 업종 중 가장 높은 채용 확정률을 나타난 곳이기도 하다.
‘에너지’도 전년 대비 37.0%p 오른 63.6%의 채용 확정률을 나타냈다. ‘운수’ 역시 전년비 19.1%p 상승한 60%의 채용 확정률을 기록했다.
총 17개 업종 중 11개 업종의 채용 확정률이 전년비 상승하면서 지난해보다 나아진 채용 환경이 예측됐다.
반면, ‘예술·스포츠’(33.3%)의 채용 확정률은 전년 대비 43.6%p 감소, 가장 큰 폭으로 채용 확정률이 하락한 업종으로 나타났다.
‘정유·화학·섬유’도 전년 대비 40.0%p 감소한 8.7%로 나타났다. ‘정유·화학·섬유’는 2025년 하반기 업종별 조사에서 가장 채용 확정률이 낮은 업종이기도 하다. ‘자동차·부품’도 전년 대비 17.0%p 하락한 45.5%의 채용 확정률을 나타냈다.
