부평구에 따르면, 26일부터 내년 8월 25일까지 1년간 지정 효력이 발생하며 향후 시장 상황에 따라 연장될 수 있다.
부평지역에서 대한민국 국적이 아닌 개인, 외국법인 및 외국 정부 등이 허가대상 면적을 초과하는 단독주택·다가구주택·아파트·연립주택· 다세대주택을 매수하려면 반드시 관할 구청장의 허가를 받아야 한다.
