(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천삼산경찰서가 26일, 숭실사이버대학교 청소년코칭상담학과와 위기청소년의 중독성 범죄(마약·도박 등) 예방과 치유·선도를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 

삼산경찰서에 따르면,  이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 청소년 중독성 범죄 예방교육, 상담·치유 프로그램 연계, 위기청소년 맞춤형 사후 관리, 지속적 연구와 정책 개발 등 다각적인 협력체계를 구축할 예정이다. 

삼산경찰서 관계자는 “학교 현장에서 위기청소년을 조기에 발견하고 전문 상담 및 교육을 연계함으로써 청소년의 건전한 성장과 범죄 예방에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다. 

숭실사이버대학교 청소년코칭상담학과 측은 “경찰과 학문기관이 힘을 합쳐 청소년 문제를 예방하고 치유하는 것은 매우 뜻깊은 일”이라며, “실질적인 프로그램 운영을 통해 청소년들의 회복과 사회적 정착을 적극 지원하겠다”고 전했다.
