(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 지난 26일 안정적인 인천형 유보통합 추진을 위해 ‘2025년 상반기 유보통합 추진단 자문협의체 협의회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 협의회에는 관내 공·사립유치원 및 어린이집 교직원, 학부모, 학계 전문가 등으로 구성된 유보통합 자문협의체 위원 22명과 시·군·구 파견 유보통합 인력이 함께 참석해 유아교육·보육공동체와의 소통을 강화했다.
협의회에서는 육아정책연구소 김아름 연구위원이 ‘유보통합 3법에 대한 이해’를 주제로 강연을 진행했으며, 유보통합 정책의 주요 내용과 쟁점에 대한 논의가 이뤄졌다.
이어 분과별 협의에서는 영유아 중심의 지속 가능한 유보통합 과제, 공공성 강화 및 상생 협력 방안 등 다양한 의견을 수렴했다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “이번 협의회에서 제시된 의견들을 인천형 유보통합 추진의 중요한 자료로 활용할 것”이라며 “현장과의 긴밀한 소통으로 안정적이고 지속 가능한 유보통합을 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
