세종시의회 산업건설위원회는 지난 26일 제100회 임시회 산건위 제2차 회의를 열고 조례안 27건, 동의안 12건 및 보고 1건, 총 40건을 심사했다.
이 중 35건은 원안가결, 3건은 수정가결, 1건은 보류하는 것으로 결정했다.
이닐 2차 회의에서 최원석 산업건설위원회 부위원장은 지역 골목상권 활성화를 위해 '세종특별자치시 골목형상점가 지정에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안'을 발의했다.
최 부위원장은 “이번 조례 개정은 골목형상점가 지정 확대를 유도하여, 지역 소상공인의 성장 기반을 마련하고 골목상권 육성 및 지역경제 회복에 크게 기여할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
김광운 의원은 '세종특별자치시 고령운전자 교통사고 예방에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안'을 발의하며, “이번 개정안은 운전을 생업으로 하는 고령자와 교통 인프라가 부족한 지역 고령 운전자의 차량에 안전운전 보조장치를 설치할 수 있도록 제도적 근거를 마련한 것”이라며, “교통사고 위험에 노출된 고령층의 실질적인 안전을 확보할 수 있을 것”이라고 강조했다.

김현옥 의원은 '세종특별자치시 여객자동차 운수사업자 재정보조 등에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안'을 발의하며, 운수종사자들의 근무환경 개선의 중요성을 말했다.
김 의원은 “운수종사자의 근무환경 개선은 단순히 처우를 향상시키는 차원을 넘어, 대중교통 활성화를 위한 핵심 기반이자 시민들이 안전하고 쾌적한 교통 서비스를 안정적으로 이용하기 위한 필수 요소”라며, “이번 개정안을 통해 운수종사자의 권익 보호와 더불어 시민 교통 복지 증진에도 기여할 수 있을 것”이라고 했다.

김 위원장은 “영농 활동 과정에서 발생하는 온실가스를 체계적으로 줄이기 위한 제도적 근거를 마련해 농촌 환경 개선과 지속 가능한 농업 발전에 기여할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
아울러 김 위원장은 '세종특별자치시 자전거 이용 활성화에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안'을 통해 공영자전거 사용료 감면 및 면제 대상과 기준을 명확히 규정함으로써 운영의 투명성과 형평성을 확보하겠다고 설명했다.
한편, 이날 산업건설위원회에서 통과된 안건은 다음달 8일에 열리는 제100회 임시회 제2차 본회의 의결을 거쳐 최종 확정된다.
