권기식 회장은 축사에서 "한중도시우호협회는 이번에 중한(장춘)국제협력시범구와의 업무협약을 통해 한국 기업들과 시범구의 교류와 협력을 적극 추진하고, 제 2, 제 3의 기업 시찰단을 조직해 시범구를 방문하고 협력할 것"이라고 밝혔다. 권기식 회장은 이에 앞서 25일 오후 중국 지린성 창춘(長春)시 샹그릴라호텔에서 후위팅(胡玉亭) 지린성장을 면담했다. 이날 면담은 지린성 점부가 동북아국제박람회 참가 6개국 대표들을 초청해 이뤄졌으며 권 회장은 한국 대표로 참석해 마영수 북한 심양총영사와 인사를 나누었다.
한중도시우호협회는 박상희 농어촌희망재단 이사장(전 중소기업중앙회장) 등 15명의 기업인으로 한중경제협력시찰단을 구성해 25일~29일 지린성 창춘시를 방문하고 있다.
