경기북부보훈지청(지청장 손순욱)이 제대군인의 성공적인 사회진출을 위한 전문교육 과정을 확대한다.
28일 경기북부제대군인지원센터 회의실에서 경복대학교 평생교육대학(학장 권승혁)과 '2025년 제대군인 전문교육기관 위탁교육(드론운영 실무특화 과정)' 약정식을 가졌다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약으로 경복대학교 평생교육대학은 9월 27일부터 11월 21일까지 약 2개월간 제대군인들을 대상으로 드론 1종 조종자격 취득과 최신 드론 기술 및 실무 운영 능력 배양에 중점을 둔 전문교육을 실시한다.
'제대군인 전문교육기관 위탁교육 과정'은 국가보훈부 제대군인지원센터에서 교육비의 90%를 지원하는 프로그램으로, 지역 채용시장의 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 교육과정으로 운영된다.
길은영 경기북부제대군인지원센터장은 "이번 교육약정을 통해 제대군인들이 사회에서 요구하는 전문적인 직업능력을 갖출 수 있는 양질의 교육기회를 제공하게 되었다"며 "지속적인 협력을 통해 제대군인의 성공적인 사회복귀와 취업 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다"고 말했다.
