브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= HDC현대산업개발이 강원특별자치도 춘천시 삼천동 일원에 들어서는 ‘춘천 레이크시티 2차 아이파크’의 견본주택을 오픈하고 본격 분양에 들어갔다.
이번 단지는 지하 4층~지상 29층, 3개 동, 총 218세대 규모로 조성된다. 전용면적별 공급 세대수는 ▲84㎡A 161세대 ▲144㎡A 29세대 ▲144㎡B 28세대다.
청약 일정은 9월 1일 특별공급을 시작으로, 2일 1순위, 3일 2순위 접수가 진행된다. 당첨자 발표는 10일, 정당계약은 22~24일에 진행된다.
단지는 공지천과 의암호 등 자연환경과 인접해 있으며, 춘천역·남춘천역과 고속도로를 통한 수도권 접근성도 확보했다. 남춘천초·춘천중·춘천고 등 교육시설과 대형마트, 의료기관 등 생활 인프라도 주변에 위치한다.
