이 사업은 문화체육관광부가 주관하며, 만 65세 이상 기초연금 수급 노인에게 스포츠시설 이용료 10만원을 지원해 건강한 노후생활을 돕기 위해 추진된다.
지원 대상은 진주시에 거주하는 기초연금 수급 노인 약 4만9000명으로, 1인당 10만원의 스포츠 바우처가 모바일 형태로 지급된다.
지급된 상품권은 전국 제로페이 가맹 스포츠시설에서 사용할 수 있으며, 사용기한은 오는 12월 31일까지로 한정된다.
