연수에서는 인천남부아동보호전문기관 어해룡 관장이 ‘아동학대 및 가정폭력 예방과 대응의 실제’를 주제로 강의했다.
또한, 학교폭력 피해학생 전담지원관 역할 확대, 교사 생활지도 권한 강화, 인천형 학교폭력 보안관 운영, 중·고등학교 신입생 교복 구매 업무 효율화 지원 등 다양한 현장지원 방안을 공유했다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “관계중심 생활교육 실천을 위해 관리자의 역량이 중요한 만큼 정책 안내를 지속할 것”이라며 “학교급 특성에 맞는 학생생활지도로 학생들이 결대로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
