브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행은 오는 19일까지 ‘2025 KB굿잡 대전 일자리 페스티벌’의 참가 기업을 모집한다고 5일 밝혔다.
이번 박람회는 오는 11월 19일 대전컨벤션센터 제2전시장에서 열리며, KB국민은행과 고용노동부, 대전광역시가 공동으로 주최한다. 우수 기업과 구직자가 한 자리에 모이는 채용의 장을 마련해 구직자들에게 양질의 일자리 기회를 제공할 예정이다.
2011년 출범한 KB굿잡 취업박람회는 누적 방문자 수 123만여 명과 누적 참여 기업 수 6000여 개에 달하는 단일 규모 국내 최대의 취업박람회다. 지금까지 약 4만4000여 명의 구직자가 일자리를 찾았으며, 민간 주도 일자리 창출 모델로 자리 잡아 지역 인재에게 폭넓은 채용 기회를 제공해오고 있다.
이번 박람회에는 고용노동부 선정 ‘청년일자리 강소기업’, 대전시 추천 우수기업, KB금융그룹 추천 우수기업, 대기업 협력사, 코스닥 상장사 등 다양한 우량 기업이 참여해 구직자에게 폭넓은 채용 기회를 제공할 예정이다.
KB국민은행은 박람회 참가 기업을 대상으로 인건비 및 금융비용 부담 완화를 위한 실질적인 혜택도 지원한다. 정규직 채용 시, 직원 1인당 100만 원(기업당 연간 최대 1000만 원)의 채용지원금과, 신규대출 신청 시 최대 1.3%p의 금리 우대를 제공한다. 박람회 참가를 원하는 구인기업은 KB굿잡 홈페이지에서 신청할 수 있다.
박람회 종료 이후에도 참가기업 인사담당자를 위해 KB굿잡 유관기관과 연계된 특화 인재 매칭 서비스를 무상 지원하는 등 중소·중견기업의 구인난 해소를 위한 지원을 이어갈 계획이다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “이번 KB굿잡 대전 일자리 페스티벌은 정부부처와 지방자치단체와의 유기적인 협력 속에서 지역 간 균형 있는 성장을 지원하고 양질의 일자리 창출에 기여할 것으로 기대된다”며 “앞으로도 청년과 지역 인재들에게 실질적인 취업 기회를 제공하고, 기업에는 맞춤형 인재 채용을 지원하는 등 사회 및 기업과의 동반성장을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
