충남 태안군의회가 5일 제314회 임시회 제1차 본회의를 열고 15일간의 회기에 들어갔다.
이번 임시회에서는 군정 전반을 점검하는 행정사무감사 처리결과 청취와 군정질문을 비롯해 추가경정예산안, 조례안 심의 등 16건의 안건이 다뤄질 예정이다.
태안군의회는 오는 8일부터 10일까지 3일간 지난 정례회에서 진행한 행정사무감사의 결과를 보고받고, 지적된 사항들이 실제 행정에 얼마나 반영됐는지 확인한다.
이어 11~12일에는 군수를 포함한 집행부를 대상으로 군정질문을 실시해 민생 현안과 정책 추진 과정을 재점검할 계획이다.
조례심사특별위원회는 가족돌봄 청소년 지원 ,장애인 평생교육 지원 ,장애인 기업활동 지원 ,위생업소 지원 등 의원 발의 조례 4건과 집행부 발의 조례 3건을 심사하게 된다.
또한 예산결산특별위원회는 8077억 원 규모로 편성된 2025년도 제3회 추가경정예산안을 심의하고, 세금이 꼭 필요한 분야에 투입될 수 있도록 면밀히 검토할 방침이다.
이날 본회의에서는 지역경제 활성화를 위한 '공유재산 및 물품관리법 시행령' 개정 촉구 건의문(박용성 부의장 대표 발의)과 논 타작물 재배 생산장려금 제도 개선 촉구 건의문(김기두 의원 대표 발의)이 채택됐다.
각각 공유재산 활용의 자율성 확대와 농가 현실을 반영한 장려금 제도 개선을 골자로 한다.
전재옥 의장은 개회사에서 “행정사무감사 결과 청취와 군정질문이 형식에 그치지 않고, 군민의 불편 해소와 정책 개선으로 이어져야 한다”고 강조했다.
아울러 최근 불거진 군 공직사회의 기강 해이 문제를 언급하며 “작은 비위조차 단호히 차단하고 청렴 행정을 확립해야 한다. 군민 앞에 부끄럽지 않은 투명하고 정의로운 행정을 만들어 가겠다”고 당부했다.
