지난 1일에는 간부공무원을 대상으로 이윤미 청렴 전문강사가 행동강령 특별교육을 진행했다. 조직 리더로서의 솔선수범을 강조하고 행동강령의 핵심 조항을 사례 중심으로 점검했다.
7일에는 장태준 청렴 전문강사가 신규자 및 승진자를 대상으로 반부패 법령 전반을 폭넓게 다뤘다. 주민의 시선에서 공직자의 역할을 재점검하며 현장 실천을 강조했다.
북구청은 앞으로도 직급·경력별 맞춤교육을 정례화하고, 교육 결과를 청렴 모니터링과 연계해 체감 가능한 변화로 이어간다는 방침이다.
배광식 북구청장은 "간부부터 신규·승진자까지 전 직원이 같은 기준으로 행동하는 것이 청렴의 출발점"이라며 "부패취약 분야를 사전에 점검하고, 실효성 있는 청렴 시책을 꾸준히 추진해 주민 신뢰에 확실히 답하겠다"고 말했다.
