부평구시설관리공단, 인천시자치경찰위원회 ‘아동안전지킴이집’감사장 수상

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구시설관리공단(이하 ‘공단’)이 11일, 부평국민체육센터가 인천시자치경찰위원회로부터 ‘아동안전지킴이집’ 감사장을 수상했다고 밝혔다.

공단에 따르면, ‘아동안전지킴이집’은 아동 대상 범죄 예방을 위해 2008년부터 시행된 제도로, 위험에 처한 아동을 임시 보호하고 경찰에 연계하는 역할을 수행하는 지역 기반 아동 보호 제도이다.

부평국민체육센터는 2022년부터 인천삼산경찰서와 협력하여 ‘아동안전지킴이집’을 운영해오고 있으며, 어린이 수영, 장애아동 수영 등 아동 친화적 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영해왔다.
