(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 법무부가 11일, 지난 8월 2일 제16회 법조윤리시험을 실시한 결과, 응시자 2,356명중2,170명이합격했고,합격률은92.11%로작년합격률(81.09%) 보다 11.02%p 상승하였고 재작년 합격률(92.40%)과는 비슷하다고 밝혔다.
법무부에 따르면, 이번 시험에서는 응시자가 법학전문대학원의 정규 수업과정을 충실히 이수하면 무난히 합격할 수 있도록 적정한 난이도를 유지하는 한편, 법령에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라 구체적 사례 응용력도 평가할 수 있는 문제를 출제하여 법조인의 직업윤리를 충분히 검증했다.
