인천시, ‘아이플러스(i+) 집 드림’ 1.0 대출 이자 지원 시작

이 사업은 2025년 이후 출생한 자녀가 있는 신생아 가구를 대상으로 주택담보대출 이자를 최대 1%까지 지원하는 것으로, 총 3,000가구를 선정해 가구당 연간 최대 300만 원(2025년은 최대 200만 원)까지 지원한다. 

신청은 9월 18일부터 10월 10일까지 인천주거포털에서 온라인 접수하며 출생 연도 기준 홀짝제 신청 방식으로 진행된다.
