【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구대학교가 2026학년도 수시모집에서 전년보다 높은 경쟁률을 기록했다고 15일 밝혔다.
대구대는 지난 8일부터 12일까지 진행한 수시모집 결과 총 3,723명 모집에 20,659명이 지원해 5.55대1의 평균 경쟁률을 기록했다. 이는 지난해 5.0대1보다 0.55포인트 상승한 수치다.
예년과 마찬가지로 간호보건계열 학과들이 최고 경쟁률을 기록했다. 간호학과는 학생부교과 면접전형에서 8명 모집에 210명이 지원해 26.2대1의 최고 경쟁률을 보였다. 물리치료학과도 같은 전형에서 6명 모집에 134명이 지원해 22.3대1을 기록했다.
문화콘텐츠 분야의 인기도 두드러졌다. 웹툰영상애니메이션학부는 실기 포트폴리오전형에서 10명 모집에 110명이 지원해 11대1의 경쟁률을 나타냈다. 미디어커뮤니케이션학부는 학생부종합 서류전형으로 15명 모집에 158명이 지원해 10.5대1을 기록했다.
공공안전 분야도 높은 관심을 받았다. 응급구조학과는 12명 모집에 119명이 지원해 9.9대1, 경찰학부 경찰행정학전공은 19명 모집에 177명이 지원해 9.3대1의 경쟁률을 보였다.
교육계열에서는 역사교육과가 11명 모집에 103명이 지원해 9.3대1을 기록하며 상위권에 올랐다.
대구대는 예체능 실기고사와 면접고사를 거쳐 11월 10일 최초 합격자를 발표한다.
학생부교과 일반전형과 지역인재전형 중 수능최저학력 기준을 적용받는 일부 모집단위는 12월 12일 합격자를 발표할 예정이다.

Daegu University will announce its first successful applicants on November 10th, following a performance exam in arts and physical education and an interview.
