새만금 '만경 6공구 방수제' 매립지 관할 지방자치단체가 전북 김제시로 결정되는 등 '남북 2축도로 공유수면 매립지'는 연접 구간별로 분할해 군산ㆍ김제ㆍ부안으로 각각 귀속 결정됐다.
