【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구는 ‘2025 북구 도시재생 페스타’를 성료했다고 18일 밝혔다.
지난 16일 북구청 앞마당에서 열린 행사는 주민과 마을협동조합의 활발한 참여 속에 성황리에 마무리됐다.
북구 도시재생지원센터 주관으로 연암서당골·침산오봉·복현·산격·행복관음 마을관리사회적협동조합 등 5개 협동조합이 중심이 돼 각 마을의 특산품을 직접 홍보·판매했다.
추석을 앞두고 한과 세트, 파운드케이크 세트, 편백도마, 더치커피 세트, 반려동물 업사이클링 제품 등 실속 있는 선물세트가 큰 호응을 얻었다.
행사장은 상품 판매존, 마을 특화 체험존, 고객 힐링존으로 구성됐으며, ‘나만의 장미꽃 만들기’, ‘초코크런치바 만들기’, ‘양말목 공예’, ‘반려동물 인식표 제작’, ‘업사이클 브로치 만들기’ 등 다양한 무료 체험 프로그램이 마련돼 주민들에게 즐거운 시간을 선사했다.
배광식 북구청장은 “이번 도시재생 페스타는 마을협동조합의 판로 확대와 주민이 함께하는 지속 가능한 도시재생 모델을 실현하는 뜻깊은 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 주민이 즐기고 참여할 수 있는 다양한 도시재생 사업을 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
