서구에 따르면, 이번 2차 소비쿠폰 사업 지급 대상은 전 국민의 90%로, 2025년 6월 부과 건강보험료 본인부담금이 가구원수별·유형별 기준액 이하인 경우 1인당 10만 원씩 지급된다.
