【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구는 공직자의 혁신 마인드 제고를 위한 '2025 구정혁신 및 적극행정 우수사례 경진대회'를 개최했다고 22일 밝혔다.
행사는 지난 19일 구청 4층 대회의실에서 개최되었으며 구정혁신과 적극행정 부문별로 최우수 1팀, 우수 2팀, 장려 2팀을 선정했다.
1차 서면 심사와 전 직원 사전 투표, 당일 심사위원 평가를 합산해 최종 순위를 결정했다.
구정혁신 부문 최우수는 건강증진과의 '지역 대학과 함께, 예산과 인력의 해답을 찾다. 북구형 치매돌봄'이 차지했다. 민관학 협력으로 대학생 치매 전문 봉사자를 양성하고 맞춤형 프로그램을 운영하며 치매관리 협업 플랫폼을 구축한 성과가 높이 평가됐다.
우수에는 정책소통과의 'AI와 사람의 손길이 만든 혁신기록물', 문화예술과의 '대구시 최초 축제장 내 다회용기 사용으로 친환경 축제 조성'이, 장려에는 체육진흥과의 '공공체육시설 효율 운영 위한 예약시스템 도입', 자원순환과의 '재활용품 수집 통합 안전 서비스 지원'이 선정됐다.
적극행정 부문 최우수는 교통과의 'KT사유지 활용 어린이 안전 통학로 조성'으로, 차로 다이어트 및 인도 확폭, 교통안전시설 정비를 통해 달성초 통학 어린이 안전을 강화했다.
우수에는 토지정보과의 '대구농수산물도매시장 1사업자 1주소 사업', 보건과의 '친환경 모기 유충 드론방역'이, 장려에는 감사실의 '적극행정으로 종합청렴도 1등급 달성', 자원순환과의 '종량제봉투 30년 만에 디자인 변경'이 선정됐다.
배광식 북구청장은 "협업과 혁신적 업무 방식을 통해 주민 삶의 질을 높인 직원들의 헌신에 감사드린다"며 "앞으로도 책임 있는 공직문화를 확립해 구민 감동의 행정문화를 만들어가겠다"고 말했다.
