【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구행복진흥원(이사장 배기철)은 ‘여성친화도시 확대를 위한 전략 포럼’을 개최한다고 23일 밝혔다.
오는 27일 오전 10시 엑스코 동관 평등관에서 열리는 이번 포럼은 대구시가 주최하고 대구행복진흥원이 주관한다.
여성친화도시는 성평등 가치 확산과 여성 안전 증진, 시민 삶의 질 향상을 목표로 하는 정책이다.
대구행복진흥원은 이번 포럼에서 여성친화도시 시민참여단 활동을 공유하고, 지역사회 전반으로 정책을 확산할 방안을 논의한다.
포럼은 김선희 젠더앤커리어코칭 대표의 기조강연을 시작으로, ▲광주 ‘여성친화마을’ 사례(김현자 참신안 ESG협동조합 대표), ▲달서구 여성친화도시 모니터단 활동(김계영 단장), ▲수성구 구민참여단 사례(정미진 팀장)가 발표된다. 이어 종합토론에서는 여성친화도시 발전 전략과 지역 확산 방안이 다뤄진다.
대구행복진흥원은 이번 포럼을 계기로 시민참여단의 역할을 강화하고, 다양한 주체가 협력하는 네트워크를 구축해 지속 가능한 정책 기반을 다져나갈 계획이다.
배기철 이사장은 “시민과 함께하는 협력적 거버넌스를 통해 여성친화도시 정책을 발전시키고, 대구시민의 행복 증진에 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.
