(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구의회가 지난 23일 인천시 군·구의회 의장협의회 9월 월례회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
남동구의회에 따르면, 이번 회의는 인천시 내 각 군·구 의회 간의 협력과 소통을 강화하고, 지역현안을 논의하는 자리로 마련됐다.
의회 의장협의회는 인천시 군·구 의회 의장 10명으로 구성되어 의회 운영에 필요한 정보교환, 상호협력과 공동관심사에 대해 협의·조정, 지역간 화합과 지역발전에 기여하기 위해 구성된 회의체로 순회로 회의를 개최하고 있다.
이날 회의에는 협의회 회장인 이의명 옹진군의회 의장을 비롯해 이종호 중구의회 의장, 유옥분 동구의회 의장, 전경애 미추홀구의회 의장, 박현주 연수구의회 의장, 이정순 남동구의회 의장, 안애경 부평구의회 의장, 송승환 서구의회 의장 등 총 8개구 의장이 참석했다.
회의에서는 당진시 집중호우 수해복구 지원 성금 기탁 결과 보고와 제 267~268차 시도대표회의 결과를 공유했으며, 지방자치 발전과 관련한 제안들이 오갔다.
한편, 다음 회의는 오는 10월 부평구의회에서 개최될 예정이다.
