라인그룹이 경기 북부 신흥 주거지로 떠오르는 회천신도시에서 ‘회천중앙역 파라곤’을 오는 10월 선보인다. 분양가상한제가 적용돼 주변 시세 대비 합리적인 분양가가 예상되면서 실수요자들의 관심이 집중되고 있다.

견본주택은 경기도 양주시 덕계동에 마련되며, 입주는 2028년 2월 예정이다.

The Line Group is set to introduce 'Hoecheon Jungang Station Paragon' this October in Hoecheon New Town, which is emerging as a new residential hotspot in northern Gyeonggi Province. Interest from potential homebuyers is high, as the complex, subject to the housing price cap system, is expected to have a reasonable sale price compared to surrounding market rates.
The complex is a 5-minute walk from the planned Hoecheon Jungang Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1. Hoecheon New Town is being developed to accommodate approximately 60,000 residents in 24,404 households. The completion of industrial complexes like the 'Yangju Hoecheon Urban Advanced Industrial Complex' (scheduled for the end of this year) and 'Yangju Techno Valley' (scheduled for next year) is expected to create a large number of jobs and attract new residents. The area is also poised to become a pleasant and vibrant residential community with a mix of commercial zones, parks, and waterfront spaces.
A representative from the sales team stated, "This complex offers a prime location with easy access to a station, along with great educational, amenity, and natural environments. The expected reasonable sales price due to the housing price cap system has generated significant interest from buyers."
The model home is located in Deokgye-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, with occupancy scheduled for February 2028.
