브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= HDC현대산업개발이 26일 서울 중랑구 망우동 일대 ‘상봉 센트럴 아이파크’ 견본주택을 열고 본격 분양에 나섰다.
상봉 센트럴 아이파크는 지하 7층~지상 최고 28층, 공동주택 2개 동, 오피스텔 2개 동 규모로 총 443세대가 들어선다. 아파트는 전용 84㎡ 단일 면적 254세대, 오피스텔은 84㎡ 189실로 구성되며, 아파트 242세대와 오피스텔 189실이 일반 분양된다.
단지는 전 세대 남향 배치와 거실 2면 개방 설계로 채광과 통풍을 극대화했으며, 아파트 다용도실 시스템 선반, 오피스텔 ㄷ형 주방과 세탁실·드레스룸 등 다양한 수납공간을 제공한다. 커뮤니티 시설로는 스크린골프장, 피트니스, GX룸, 키즈존, 맘스라운지, 시니어라운지 등이 마련돼 전 연령대가 이용할 수 있다.
교통·생활 인프라도 우수하다. 단지는 상봉역과 망우역을 도보로 이용할 수 있으며, GTX-B 노선과 복합환승센터가 신설될 예정으로 광역 교통망도 확보된다. 차량 이용 시 북부간선도로, 동부간선도로, 수도권 외곽순환고속도로 등 주요 도로 접근이 용이하며, 인근 학교, 학원가, 대형 상업시설, 문화시설, 녹지 등 생활 편의시설이 풍부하다.
스마트홈 특화설계도 적용됐다. 안면인식 공동현관, 범죄예방 설계(CPTED) CCTV, 지문인식 디지털 도어록, 현관 블랙박스, 월패드·통합스위치·스마트 스위치 등으로 편의성과 보안을 강화했다.
청약 일정은 아파트 기준으로 9월 29일 특별공급, 30일 1순위, 10월 1일 2순위이며, 당첨자 발표는 10월 14일, 정당계약은 10월 27~29일 진행된다. 오피스텔 청약은 10월 1일, 당첨자 발표는 13일, 정당계약은 16~17일 진행될 예정이다.

HDC Hyundai Development Company opened a model home for "Sangbong Central I-Park" in Mangu-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, on the 26th and began full-scale sales.
Sangbong Central I-Park will consist of two apartment buildings and two officetels, rising from seven basement levels to a maximum of 28 stories above ground, with a total of 443 units. The 242 apartments and 189 officetels will be available for general sale.
The complex maximizes natural light and ventilation with all units facing south and two open living rooms. The apartments offer a variety of storage options, including system shelves in the utility rooms, and the officetels offer a "ㄷ" shaped kitchen, laundry room, and dressing room. Community facilities include a screen golf course, fitness center, GX room, kids' zone, mom's lounge, and senior lounge, catering to all ages.
Transportation and living infrastructure are also excellent. Sangbong Station and Mangu Station are within walking distance, and the planned construction of the GTX-B Line and a new integrated transfer center will further enhance the metropolitan transportation network. By car, major roads such as the Northern Trunk Road, Eastern Trunk Road, and the Seoul Outer Ring Expressway are easily accessible. Nearby schools, academies, large commercial facilities, cultural facilities, and green spaces offer a wealth of amenities.
Smart home design has also been implemented. The subscription schedule for apartments is as follows: Special Supply on September 29th, First-Priority on the 30th, and Second-Priority on October 1st. Winners will be announced on October 14th, and contracts will be signed from October 27th to 29th. Officetel subscriptions will be on October 1st, with winners announced on the 13th and contracts signed from the 16th to 17th.
