【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구행복진흥사회서비스원(이사장 배기철)은 ‘2025년 대구 문해의 달 선포식 및 시상식’을 성료했다고 26일 밝혔다.
지난 25일 롯데백화점 대구점 문화홀에서 열린 행사는 ‘문해, 세상이 달라보여요’를 주제로 진행됐다. 행사에는 문해학습자, 교·강사, 관계자 등 300여 명이 참석해 배움의 가치를 함께 나눴다.
시화전 시상식에서는 대구지역 학습자들이 두각을 나타냈다. 전국 성인문해교육 시화전에서 글아름상 4명, 글꽃상·글봄상 4명 등 총 8명이 수상했으며, 지역 시상으로도 시장상·시의장상·교육감상·행복진흥원장상 등 12명이 수상의 영예를 안았다.
대구행복진흥원은 이번 선포식을 계기로 출품작을 시민들에게 널리 알릴 예정이다.
대구시교육청 동관을 비롯해 6개 기관에서 순회 전시가 열리며, 온라인 전시관에서도 작품을 감상할 수 있다.
배기철 이사장은 “문해학습자들의 도전과 성취가 모든 시민에게 큰 울림을 준다”며 “앞으로도 시민의 삶 속에 행복을 꽃피우는 기관으로 거듭나겠다”고 말했다.

Daegu learners stood out at the poetry and painting competition awards ceremony. A total of eight winners, including four winners of the Geulareum Award, four winners of the Geulkkot Award, and four winners of the Geulbom Award, were honored at the National Adult Literacy Education Poetry and Painting Competition. Twelve recipients also received regional awards, including the Mayor's Award, the City Councilor's Award, the Superintendent of Education Award, and the Happiness Promotion Agency Director's Award.
The Daegu Happiness Promotion Agency plans to use this proclamation ceremony as an opportunity to widely publicize the submitted works.
The traveling exhibition will be held at six institutions, including the Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education East Building, and the works can also be viewed online.
Chairman Bae Ki-cheol said, "The challenges and achievements of literacy learners resonate deeply with all citizens. We will continue to grow as an institution that brings happiness to the lives of our citizens."
