‘2025 세종한글축제’가 오는 10월 9일부터 11일까지 세종호수공원 일원과 시 전역에서 열린다.
세종시와 문화관광재단에 따르면 올해 축제에는 “한복 입은 동심, 축제의 빛이 되다”를 주제로 어린이 무료 한복 체험 프로그램을 마련했다.
3세부터 12세 어린이를 대상으로 진행되는 이번 행사는 일반 한복, 한글 한복, 충녕복 등을 체험할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.
젊은 세대에게 한복의 아름다움을 전하고, 축제를 통해 한복과 전통문화가 한국을 대표하는 소중한 문화 콘텐츠임을 알리기 위해 기획됐다.
특히 체험에 참여한 어린이들은 직접 런웨이에 올라 전통과 한글의 멋을 뽐내는 거리 패션쇼의 주인공이 된다. 한복을 입은 아이들이 무대를 밝히며 시민과 관광객에게 전통문화와 한글의 가치를 전하는 특별한 장면을 연출할 예정이다.
이번 프로그램은 ‘충녕이네 한복가게’(행사팀명)에서 운영하며, 체험용한복은 조치원 소재 ‘임종식 한복 디자이너 연구소’가 협찬한다. 임종식 명장은 2015년 대한민국 문화예술대상 한복 디자인 혁신 부문 대상을 수상한 세종의 대표적인 한복 명장이다.
체험은 ‘K-어린이 한복 체험 & SNS 인증 이벤트’로 진행된다. 참가자는 부모와 함께 신청서를 작성하고 보호자 신분증을 제출하면 참여할 수 있다.
어린이는 한복을 입고 60분간 축제를 즐긴 뒤 반납한다. 이후 포토존에서 촬영한 사진을 SNS에 올리면 소정의 선물도 받을 수 있다.
