브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회는 오는 11월 2일 서울 코엑스에서 청년 및 사회형평 인력의 취업 지원을 위한 ‘2025 한국마사회 All-day 취업캠프’를 개최한다고 2일 밝혔다.
이번 취업캠프는 공공기관 취업을 준비하는 청년뿐만 아니라 장애인, 고졸자 등 사회형평 인력까지 폭넓게 참여할 수 있는 맞춤형 취업 컨설팅 행사다. 지난해에는 약 160여 명의 청년 구직자들이 참여했다.
올해는 모의 면접 규모를 확대하고 조별 면접을 도입해 실제 전형과 유사한 경험을 제공한다. NCS 모의평가, 자기소개서 첨삭, 취업특강, 신입사원 Q&A 등 실질적 프로그램을 강화하고, 퍼스널 컬러 진단·사진 촬영 등 부대 행사도 운영한다. 캠프 종료 후 6개월 내 공공기관 취업에 성공한 참가자에게는 합격 선물을 증정한다.
이번 취업캠프는 이달 20일까지 참가자를 모집하며, 포스터 내 QR코드 및 공지사항에 있는 링크를 통해 신청할 수 있다. 오전(모의면접, 부대행사 등)·오후(NCS 모의평가, 취업전략, 채용 설명회 등) 프로그램으로 구성되며, 참가자는 희망에 따라 전일 과정 또는 오후 단일 과정을 선택할 수 있다.
