북구는 AI와 사물인터넷 기반 건강관리, 치매 조기검진, 정신건강 고위험군 발굴 등에서 실질적인 성과를 냈다.
혈압과 혈당 조절율, 건강행태 개선율 등 주요 정량지표에서도 상위권을 기록했다.
지역 대학과 복지기관, 보건의료기관 등 10개 이상 협력체계를 통해 취약계층 생활터 서비스까지 넓혀 민간 협력의 모범 사례로 평가받았다.
3차년도 계획은 '구민 모두가 함께 건강한 행복 북구'를 비전으로 3개 정책전략, 10개 추진과제, 19개 세부사업을 세웠다. 전년도 자체평가에서 찾아낸 개선안을 구체적으로 반영해 체계성과 실행력을 인정받았다.
배광식 북구청장은 "3년 연속 대구 1위와 장관 표창은 구민과 함께 이룬 값진 결실"이라며 "앞으로도 지역 주민의 건강과 복지 향상에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Daegu's Buk-gu District received a commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare for ranking first in Daegu for three consecutive years in the third-year evaluation of the 8th Regional Healthcare Plan, hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
