【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시가 가을빛을 수놓은 은빛물결과 만날 초대장을 보냈다.
충주시는 앙성온천관광협의회(회장 우재규)가 주관하는 ‘2025 비내섬 축제’를 오는 18일, 19일 양일간 개최한다고 15일 밝혔다.
축제는 앙성온천광장과 비내섬 일원에서 열리며, 주차로 인한 불편을 최소화하고자 앙성온천광장에서 비내섬까지 셔틀버스를 운영한다.
올해로 3년째를 맞이한 비내섬 축제는 도내 유일 국가습지보호구역인 비내섬의 생태적 가치 및 충주 자연의 빼어난 아름다움을 알리고 방문객들에게 즐거운 추억을 선사하고자 기획됐다.
축제에서는 앙성온천광장을 출발해 비내섬까지 7km를 걸으며 자연의 온전한 멋을 느끼는 ‘뚜벅이 걷기 행사’를 비롯해 △재즈, 클래식 등 ‘라이브 버스킹’ △관람객이 직접 참여하는 ‘나도 버스커’ △가을 정서가 담긴 감성문구를 SNS로 전송하는 ‘나도 작가다’ △앙성탄산온천수 족욕체험 △물멍쉼터 및 힐링요가 △자연해설사와 함께하는 생태탐방 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영한다.
참가자에게 기념품을 제공하거나 경품 추첨의 기회도 마련했다.
특히, 인위적인 요소를 최대한 배재한 자연친화적 구성으로 축제의 의미를 살리고 방문객에게 색다른 체험의 시간을 제공한다.
또한, 행사기간 동안 축제장 전역에서 청취 가능한 ‘비내섬 라디오 방송국’을 개설해 무대에서 진행하는 라이브 공연·감성음악과 ‘나도 작가다’ 코너를 소개하는 등 억새길 산책의 운치를 더할 예정이다.
우재규 협의회장은 “시민과 관광객들이 바쁜 일상에서 벗어나 가을빛으로 물든 비내섬에서 잠시 쉬어가는 시간이 될 것”이라며 “깊어가는 가을 정취에 흠뻑 젖어들 수 있는 축제가 되도록 준비했으니 많이들 찾아오시길 바란다”고 말했다.
