브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국토교통부가 하자심사분쟁조정위원회의 공동주택 하자 접수 및 처리 현황과, 2025년 하반기 하자판정 결과 상위 건설사 현황을 20일 공개했다.
2025년 하심위는 8월까지 총 3118건의 하자분쟁 사건(하자 심사, 분쟁 조정, 재정 포함)을 처리했다. 올해 말까지 처리 건수는 예년과 유사한 4500건 수준일 것으로 예측된다.
입주민이 신청한 하자가 실제 하자인지를 판단하고 있는 ‘하자심사’는 2020년부터 올 8월까지 총 1만2005건이 신청됐다. 이중 하자심사 결과, 최종 하자로 판정받은 비율(하자판정비율)은 67.5%(8103건)로 나타났다.
주요 하자유형을 살펴보면 △기능 불량(15.1%) △들뜸 및 탈락(13.6%) △균열(11.0%) △결로(9.8%) △누수(7.1%) △오염 및 변색(6.6%) 순이다.
최근 6개월(2025년 3월~8월)을 기준으로 하자판정 건수가 많은 상위 건설사는 ㈜에이치제이중공업(154건, 세부 하자수 기준), 제일건설㈜(135건), ㈜순영종합건설(119건), ㈜대우건설(82건), 혜우이엔씨㈜(71건) 등이었다.
