【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 ‘2025 두류문화한마당’을 성공적으로 마무리했다고 20일 밝혔다.
지난 17일부터 18일까지 이틀간 두류공원 2·28 자유광장에서 열린 행사에는 지역 주민과 방문객 1,000여 명이 다녀갔다.
‘두류문화한마당’은 두류·성당권을 대표하는 전통문화 축제로, 월배권의 ‘달배달맞이축제’, 성서권의 ‘와룡민속한마당’과 함께 달서구 3대 가을 전통축제로 자리잡았다.
올해 축제는 전통과 현대가 어우러진 공연과 체험 프로그램으로 구성돼 세대와 계층을 아우르는 참여를 이끌어냈다.
주민들이 함께 어울려 즐길 수 있는 다양한 전통놀이와 문화체험 프로그램이 마련돼, 우리 고유의 민속문화를 직접 체험할 수 있는 기회가 제공됐다.
‘동별 노래자랑’에서는 지역 주민들이 무대에 올라 노래와 춤 실력을 뽐내며 객석의 큰 박수와 환호를 이끌어냈다.
이태훈 달서구청장은 “두류문화한마당은 지역 공동체가 함께 참여하고 즐기는 문화 화합의 축제”라며 “앞으로도 주민이 주체가 되고 전통이 살아 숨 쉬는 문화도시 달서구를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.

Dalseo-gu Mayor Lee Tae-hoon stated, "The Duryu Cultural Festival is a festival of cultural harmony where the local community participates and enjoys together." He added, "We will continue to build Dalseo-gu into a cultural city where residents take the lead and traditions live and breathe."
