【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 남구(구청장 조재구)는 ‘제15회 남구복지박람회’와 ‘제26회 사회복지의 날 기념 남구사회복지대회’를 성황리에 개최했다고 21일 밝혔다.
남구지역사회보장협의체와 남구사회복지협의회가 공동 주최·주관하고 남구청이 후원한 이번 행사는 지난 18일 앞산빨래터공원에서 진행됐다.
1부 ‘복지박람회’와 2부 ‘사회복지대회’로 나뉘어 진행되며, 주민이 함께 즐기고 참여하는 복지 축제의 장을 만들었다.
1부 복지박람회에는 남구 내 복지기관·단체·시설 40여 곳이 참여해 다양한 복지체험 프로그램과 정보를 제공했다. 휠체어 XR 콘텐츠 체험, 복지 홍보 부스 운영 등 실생활에 가까운 체험이 마련됐으며, 아이들을 위한 비눗방울·모래놀이 공간과 어른들을 위한 쉼터 ‘예스키즈존’도 운영돼 호응을 얻었다.
2부 사회복지대회에서는 사회복지 유공자에게 표창을 수여하고, 주민과 복지 종사자가 함께하는 힐링 콘서트가 이어졌다. 현장에서는 웃음과 박수가 끊이지 않으며 훈훈한 분위기가 이어졌다.
조재구 남구청장은 “이번 박람회가 주민들이 복지를 더 친근하게 느끼고 공감할 수 있는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “슬로건 ‘모든 날, 모든 순간 남구와 함께!’처럼 남구 복지가 늘 주민 곁에 머무를 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Nam-gu Mayor Cho Jae-gu said, "I hope this expo will serve as an opportunity for residents to feel more connected to and empathize with social welfare. True to our slogan, 'Every day, every moment with Nam-gu!', we will do our best to ensure that Nam-gu's social welfare remains close to our residents."
