사단법인 대한합기도총협회는 대한민국 무도의 대통합과 한민족의 통일을 염원하는 마음을 담아 '2025 한민족 통일기원 전국 전통무예한마당'을 오는 11월 2일 영등포 다목적배드민턴체육관에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.
올해로 10년째 명맥을 이어오고 있는 이 전통 있는 종합 무예 대회는 낙법, 스피드발차기, 격파, 호신술, 맨손형(품새), 무기형, 줄넘기, 종합단체연무 등 총 9가지 종목에서 무예인들이 기량을 겨룬다.
특히 대회 10주년을 맞아 올해는 더욱 풍성한 수상 혜택이 마련됐다. 올해 처음으로 신설된 '국회의장상'은 종합단체연무 1위 팀에게 수여된다. 종합시상 부문 1위 팀에게는 '문화체육관광부 장관상'의 영예가 돌아간다. 또한, 종합 1위부터 3위까지의 도장에게는 우승컵과 다양한 시상품이 제공될 예정이다. 우수 지도자에게는 대회장의 최우수지도자상과 국회의원 표창장이, 최우수선수에게는 무도 인재 양성을 위한 상품도 지급된다.
종합시상은 개인 종목 순위 배점과 종합단체연무 순위 배점을 합산하여 최종 결정된다. 종목별 순위배점은 1위 10점, 2위 6점, 3위 3점이며, 종합단체연무는 1위 50점, 2위 40점, 3위 30점, 4위 20점으로 배점된다.
전통무예(무도) 통합단체 소속 수련생이라면 누구나 개인 또는 도장 단체로 참가할 수 있다. 각 부문 1위부터 3위 입상자에게는 상장과 메달이 수여되며, 특히 길이낙법 종목에서는 조별 1위 입상자를 대상으로 왕중왕전을 펼쳐 우승 시 후원사의 고급 상품 등 추가 시상이 제공된다.

Any trainee affiliated with a traditional martial arts (mudo) integrated organization can participate, either individually or as a dojang group. The first to third place winners in each category will receive certificates and medals. In the long-distance falling event, the top winners from each group will compete in a King of Kings competition, with the winner receiving additional prizes, including high-end merchandise from sponsors.
Hwang Yong-ui, President of the Korea Hapkido Federation, who oversees the event, said, "I am delighted to continue this year's event, which promotes regional sports and unites the spirit and soul of the Korean people through the unification of traditional martial arts at the Yeongdeungpo-gu Multipurpose Badminton Gymnasium.
