【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=행복북구문화재단 구수산도서관에서 동네서점과 지역작가, 그리고 도서관이 함께 어우러진 북카페 문화행사가 열렸다.
지난 18일 열린 행사는 지역의 독서문화를 더 풍성하게 하자는 취지로 기획되었으며 앞으로도 매달 한 차례씩 이어질 예정이다.
참여한 세 곳의 서점, 즉 책방공공, 여행자의 책, 나른한 책방은 각자 다른 주제로 다채로운 도서 전시와 다양한 체험 프로그램을 선보였다.
행사장에서는 ‘기후’, ‘정호승 작가’, ‘감정 소모’와 같은 다양한 키워드를 담은 책들이 전시되어 많은 주목을 받았고, 글쓰기 체험, 시모음 캘린더 만들기, 이니셜 스탬프 책갈피 만들기처럼 재미있는 프로그램도 준비됐다.
10월의 지역작가로 선정된 정예림 작가는 직접 강연을 열었다. 지역 주민들이 쓴 창작 작품들도 함께 전시되어 볼거리를 더했다.
이외에도 유령그림책을 읽고 할로윈 조명을 만들어보거나, 전통 그림책을 읽으며 전통 조명을 만들어보는 활동도 진행됐다.
도서관 관계자는 “이번 프로그램을 통해 가까운 동네서점과 우리 동네 작가들을 새롭게 발견하는 기회가 되었으면 좋겠다"며 "지역 주민 여러분이 책 읽는 소소한 기쁨을 누리고, 일상의 피로도 조금이나마 덜 수 있었기를 바란다”고 전했다.

A book café cultural event was held at the Gususan Library of the Happy Buk-gu Cultural Foundation, bringing together local bookstores, local authors, and libraries.

Other activities included reading ghost picture books and making Halloween lights, and reading traditional picture books and making traditional lights.
A library official said, “I hope this program will provide an opportunity to rediscover local bookstores and local authors,” and added, “I hope that local residents can enjoy the small joys of reading books and relieve some of the fatigue of daily life.”
