브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 올해 대기업 정규직 신입사원 채용에서 가장 많은 비중을 차지한 직종은 ‘의료·간호·보건·복지’로 나타났다.
27일 인크루트에 따르면 자사 포털에 등록된 올 1월부터 9월까지의 대기업 정규직 신입사원 채용 공고를 17개 직종별로 분석한 결과, 1위는 ‘의료·간호·보건·복지’로 전체 대기업 신입사원 채용 공고의 15.0%를 차지했다.
이는 중대재해처벌법의 강화로 산업 현장에서의 안전 강화를 위해 안전 및 보건관리자 직종을 적극적으로 채용했기 때문으로 해석된다.
그 다음으로 비중이 높았던 직종으로는 ‘생산·정비·기능·노무’로 채용 공고의 12.2%를 차지했다. 기업들이 일부 생산 현장에서 구인난을 겪기 때문에 채용을 활발히 진행한 것으로 분석된다.
