[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시는 오는 10월 31일부터 부산에서 열리는 제45회 전국장애인체육대회의 개회식 입장권을 27일부터 선착순으로 무료 배부한다고 밝혔다.
입장권은 주민등록 주소지와 관계없이 부산 시내 16개 구·군 및 동 행정복지센터에서 1인당 2매까지 받을 수 있으며, 행사 당일에는 입장권 소지자만 입장과 관람이 가능하다.
개회식, 부산아시아드주경기장에서 열려
전국장애인체전 개회식은 10월 31일 오후 5시 부산아시아드주경기장에서 개최된다. 총감독 박칼린이 연출을 맡아 ‘거친 바다를 극복하는 부산의 강인한 정신’을 주제로 한 무대를 선보인다.
이번 개회식은 ‘파도, 오라캐라!’를 주제로 도전과 의지, 극복의 메시지를 담은 퍼포먼스 공연, 선수단 입장 및 성화 점화, 축하공연 등으로 구성될 예정이다.
“불굴의 도전정신 담은 예술 무대” 기대
앞서 제106회 전국체육대회의 개폐회식을 연출했던 박칼린 총감독은 당시 부산의 역동적인 에너지와 시민 화합을 감동적으로 표현해 관객들의 높은 호응을 얻은 바 있다.
부산시는 이러한 성공 경험을 바탕으로 이번 전국장애인체전 개회식 또한 단순한 스포츠 행사를 넘어선 예술적 감동의 무대로 완성될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
안성훈·코요태·이선희, 축하공연 무대에
개회식 축하공연에는 가수 안성훈, 그룹 코요태, 가수 이선희가 무대에 올라 분위기를 한층 끌어올릴 예정이다. 안성훈은 ‘미스터트롯2’에서 진(眞)을 차지한 트로트 가수로 감미로운 음색과 진정성 있는 감정 표현으로 인기를 얻고 있으며, 코요태는 다수의 히트곡으로 세대를 아우르는 국내 최장수 혼성그룹이다.
이선희는 한국 대중가요계를 대표하는 보컬리스트로서 깊은 울림의 무대를 선보이며 개회식의 감동을 완성할 것으로 기대된다.

손태욱 부산시 체육국장은 “제106회 전국체육대회에서 보여준 박칼린 감독의 뛰어난 연출력이 이번 대회에서도 빛을 발해 선수들에게는 용기를, 시민들에게는 화합의 메시지를 전할 것이라 확신한다”며 “이번 대회를 부산의 글로벌 허브 도시 비전을 전 국민과 세계에 알리는 뜻깊은 축제로 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
Free Admission Tickets for the 45th National Para Games Opening Ceremony in Busan
The city of Busan (Mayor Park Heong-joon) announced that free admission tickets for the opening ceremony of the 45th National Para Games, scheduled to begin on October 31 in Busan, will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting October 27.
Tickets are available regardless of residential address at community service centers across all 16 districts and counties in Busan. Each person can receive up to two tickets, and only ticket holders will be allowed to enter and watch the event on the day of the ceremony.
Opening Ceremony at Busan Asiad Main Stadium
The opening ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. on October 31 at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium, directed by general producer Kim Karlyn. The performance will capture the resilient spirit of Busan, symbolizing a city that has overcome rough seas.
Under the theme “Ride the Wave!”, the ceremony will feature artistic performances celebrating indomitable courage and determination, the athletes’ parade, torch lighting, and a series of celebratory shows.
A Stage Beyond Sports, Inspired by Past Success
At the recently concluded 106th National Sports Festival, producer Kim Karlyn earned high praise for creating a moving spectacle showcasing Busan’s dynamic energy and the unity of its citizens.
Building on that success, the Busan Metropolitan Government expects the National Para Games opening ceremony to go beyond a traditional sports event to become an inspiring artistic performance.
Performances by Ahn Sung-hoon, Koyote, and Lee Sun-hee
The celebratory concert will feature singer Ahn Sung-hoon, mixed-gender group Koyote, and veteran vocalist Lee Sun-hee, adding excitement to the event.
Ahn Sung-hoon, winner of the top prize in “Mister Trot 2,” is known for his heartfelt emotional delivery and smooth vocals. Koyote is one of Korea’s longest-running coed groups with numerous cross-generational hits.
Lee Sun-hee, a legendary singer and iconic figure in Korean pop music, is expected to complete the emotional resonance of the opening ceremony with her powerful stage presence.
“A Festival to Showcase Busan’s Global Vision”
Son Tae-wook, Director-General of the Busan Sports Bureau, said, “I am confident that producer Kim Karlyn’s outstanding direction, as seen at the 106th National Sports Festival, will again shine in this event—offering courage to the athletes and a message of unity to the citizens.”
He added, “We will do our utmost to make this a meaningful celebration that introduces Busan’s vision as a global hub city to the nation and the world.”
