(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구가 29일 최근 건설기술교육원 잔디운동장에서 박종효 남동구청장, 이정순 남동구의회 의장을 비롯해 장애인복지관 이용 장애인과 그 가족, 지역주민, 지역 유관기관 관계자 등이 참석한 가운데 ‘제22회 비루고개축제’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
남동구에 따르면, 올해로 22회를 맞이한 비루고개 축제는 남동장애인복지관이 주최하고 남동구가 지원하고 있으며, 장애인과 비장애인이 함께 어울리는 소통과 화합의 장으로서 역할을 톡톡히 하고 있다.
이번 행사에서는 ‘우리가 함께 그린(Green) 날’을 주제로 장애 체험, 장애인생산품 판매 등과 함께 다양한 공연, 플리마켓, 친환경 체험 부스 등을 통해 재미와 장애인식 개선 등 의미 있는 효과를 거둬 참석자들의 호응을 얻었다.

또한, 남동구가 오는 31일 복개천상인회가 구월복개천 일대에서 ‘빈티지와 레트로 감성축제’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
남동구에 따르면, 이번 행사는 구와 소상공인종합지원센터가 함께 추진하는 ‘2025 골목상권 공동체 활성화 지원사업’의 일환으로 진행된다.
골목상권 지원사업에 선전된 공동체는 구월4동 복개천상인회를 비롯해 만의골골목상권공동체, 구월아시아드상인회, 구월로데오 스테이광장상인회 등 4곳이다.
