경주시는 2019년부터 ‘시민원탁회의’를 도입해 시민의 제안을 정책으로 연결하는 ‘경주형 협치행정 모델’을 구축했다. 6년째 이어지는 이 회의는 단순한 토론을 넘어 실제 시정을 움직이는 시민참여 플랫폼으로 자리매김했다.
