브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자는 3일부터 넥슨 ‘메이플 아지트(MAPLE AGIT)’에서 삼성 오디세이 게이밍 모니터 체험존을 5년간 운영한다고 밝혔다.
‘메이플 아지트’는 총 177석, 약 200평 규모의 넥슨의 플래그십 게이밍 공간으로 강남역 신분당선 4번 출구 바로 앞에 위치했다.
삼성전자는 ‘메이플 아지트’ 전 좌석에 삼성 오디세이 게이밍 모니터를 설치하고, △삼성 오디세이 존 △팀 룸 △프리미엄 룸 등 공간 별컨셉에 맞는 제품을 배치해 게이밍에 몰입할 수 있는 환경을 구현했다.
‘삼성 오디세이 존’에서는 국내 최초 무안경 3D 모니터 ‘오디세이 3D’, 4K∙240Hz를 지원하는 ‘오디세이 OLED G8’을 통해 플래그십 게이밍 모니터가 선사하는 몰입감을 제공한다.
‘오디세이 3D’는 ‘시선 추적(Eye Tracking)‘과 ‘화면 맵핑(View Mapping)’ 기술로 별도의 3D 안경 없이도 3D 게이밍 경험을 선사한다.
3D 변환 지원 게임은 MS스토어의 ‘Samsung Odyssey 3D Hub’ 또는 삼성닷컴의 제품 페이지에서 확인 가능하다.
