대구예아람학교, 장애학생 자립 위한 ‘지역 맞춤형 진로연계’ 2차 협약 체결

【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구예아람학교(교장 정경렬)가 장애학생의 자립과 복지서비스 강화를 위해 ‘지역 맞춤형 진로연계 활성화를 위한 학교–지역기관 네트워크 2차 업무협약’을 체결했다.

지난 4일 오전 10시 아람아트홀에서 진행된 이번 협약에는 대구남산복지재단, 대구장애인종합복지관, 정인장애인복지회가 새롭게 참여했다. 이에따라 장애학생의 현장실습과 취업 연계가 한층 강화될 전망이다. 

협약식에는 정경렬 교장을 비롯해 박기경 대구남산복지재단 대표, 정은경 대구장애인종합복지관 관장, 이봉우 정인장애인복지회 대표 등 각 기관 관계자와 교직원 등 12명이 참석했다.

4개 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 ▲장애학생의 현장실습 및 취업 연계, ▲직업재활과 복지서비스 지원 확대, ▲기관 간 진로·직업 지원 정보 교류 등 다양한 분야에서 긴밀하게 협력할 계획이다.

정경렬 교장은 “이번 협약은 지역 복지기관과 손잡고 장애학생들의 직업재활과 자립 지원을 체계적으로 진행하는 데 의미가 있다”며 “학교와 지역사회가 힘을 모아 학생들에게 더 많은 진로·취업 기회를 제공하고, 실질적인 자립 역량을 키울 수 있도록 꾸준히 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Daegu Yearam School (Principal Jeong Gyeong-ryeol) signed the "Second Business Agreement for a School-Regional Organization Network to Promote Regionally Tailored Career Pathways" to enhance the independence and welfare services of students with disabilities.

The agreement, held at 10:00 AM on the 4th at Aram Art Hall, included the Daegu Namsan Welfare Foundation, the Daegu Center for the Disabled, and the Jeongin Welfare Association for the Disabled. This agreement is expected to further strengthen field training and employment opportunities for students with disabilities.

The signing ceremony was attended by 12 people, including Principal Jeong Gyeong-ryeol, Daegu Namsan Welfare Foundation CEO Park Gi-kyung, Daegu Center for the Disabled Director Jeong Eun-kyung, and Jeongin Welfare Association for the Disabled Director Lee Bong-woo.

Through this agreement, the four institutions plan to closely collaborate in various areas, including: ▲connecting students with disabilities with field training and employment opportunities, ▲expanding vocational rehabilitation and welfare service support, and ▲exchanging career and job support information between institutions.

Principal Jeong Gyeong-ryeol stated, "This agreement is significant in that it allows us to systematically support vocational rehabilitation and self-reliance for students with disabilities in partnership with local welfare organizations." He added, "We will continue to support the school and the local community to provide students with more career and employment opportunities and cultivate practical self-reliance capabilities."
