세종시교육청이 11월 6일 세종시교육청교육원 대강당에서 각급 학교와 직속기관의 업무담당자들을 대상으로 급여, 계약, 공공구매 등 행정업무 전반의 효율성을 높이기 위한 실무 중심 연수를 실시했다.
이번 연수는 ‘공무원 급여 연수’, ‘중증장애인생산품 우선구매 교육’, ‘학교장터(S2B) 계약 연수’로 구성돼 오전과 오후로 나누어 진행됐으며, 실무 담당자들의 전문성 향상과 행정시스템의 효율적 운영을 목표로 했다.
오전에는 공무원 급여 업무를 주제로 나이스 급여작업 절차, 주요 수당 지급 방법, 현장 사례를 중심으로 한 실무 교육이 진행됐다. 특히 대전지방국세청 관계자가 직접 참여해 소득자료 제출 절차를 안내하는 등 실무 만족도를 높였다.
오후 연수는 한국장애인개발원과 연계한 ‘중증장애인생산품 우선구매 교육’으로 이어졌다. 새롭게 제정된 ‘세종특별자치시교육청 중증장애인생산품 및 장애인 표준사업장 생산품 우선구매 촉진 조례’ 시행에 맞춰, 우선구매 제도 안내와 기관별 우수사례 공유 등 공공구매 활성화 방안이 논의됐다.
이어 진행된 학교장터(S2B) 계약 연수에서는 한국교직원공제회 전문 강사가 시스템 개선 사항, 에듀파인 연계 계약 절차, 우선구매 지원시스템 활용 방법을 설명하며 실무 중심 교육을 이어갔다.
