충주사회단체연합회(회장 임청)는 오는 11월 7일부터 9일까지 3일간 충주댐 물문화관 일원에서 ‘제7회 충주호 가을축제 한마당’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 가을축제 한마당 행사는 K-water충주권지사의 후원으로 진행되며, 충주댐 물의 소중함을 알리고 충주호의 수려한 자연환경을 널리 알려 관광객 증가와 지역문화 발전을 유도하기 위해 마련됐다.
축제에서는 지역 초등학생들을 대상으로 한 사생대회를 비롯해, 윷놀이대회, 마술쇼, 시니어 탑모델 워킹, 라인댄스, 사물놀이, 다문화 공연 등이 열린다.
또한 체험행사로는 ‘나라사랑 손도장 태극기 만들기’, ‘단군 할아버지와 인생샷 찍기’와 함께 플리마켓, 푸드트럭 등이 운영된다.
임청 회장은 “올해는 축제 기간을 예년보다 하루 더 늘려, 더욱더 풍성한 볼거리와 즐길 거리를 마련했다”라며, “경치 좋은 충주댐에 가족, 연인과 함께 오셔서 알록달록한 가을 정취도 느끼고, 물문화관 일원에서 개최되는 가을 축제장에서 즐거운 시간도 보내시길 바란다”라고 말했다.
