지역 취약계층을 초청해 클래식 음악을 나누는 문화 공헌 프로그램이 올해도 이어졌다.
유나이티드문화재단(이사장 강덕영)은 6일 서울 강남구 유나이티드문화센터 아트홀에서 제24회 ‘행복 나눔 음악회’를 열고, 강남구 10개 복지관을 통해 초청된 120여 명의 주민들을 맞이했다.
‘행복 나눔 음악회’는 음악 문화 접근 기회가 적은 지역 주민들에게 클래식 공연을 제공하고, 지역사회와 상생하는 취지를 담아 2010년부터 강남구청과 매년 함께 이어온 사회공헌 프로그램이다.
행사장에는 강덕영 유나이티드문화재단 이사장을 중심으로 김형래 한국유나이티드제약 부사장, 강남구청의 이용달 복지생활국장과 원혜경 복지정책과장이 함께해 의미를 더했다.
음악회는 1부 공연과 2부 오찬으로 진행됐다.
소프라노 강수정, 바리톤 김종표, 첼리스트 김홍민, 피아니스트 백동현 등 국내 클래식 연주자들이 참여해 깊어가는 가을 정취와 어울리는 무대를 선보였다.
강덕영 이사장은 "음악회를 위해 애써주신 강남구청 관계자들께 감사드리며, 행복은 함께 나눌 때 더 커진다"고 인사를 전했다.
이날 행사에 참석한 주민들은 “가을 분위기와 잘 어울리는 음악회였다”, “평소 경험하기 어려운 클래식 공연을 가까이서 들을 수 있어 감동적이었다"고 소감을 밝혔다.
공연 후에는 관객 및 관계자를 위한 오찬이 마련되었으며, 건강기능식품이 함께 제공됐다.
United Culture Foundation Continues 24th Sharing Concert
-"Culture Becomes Welfare"... Message of Solidarity and Coexistence Delivered Through Classical Music... Accompanying the Region Since 2010-
The cultural contribution program, which invites the local underprivileged to share classical music, continued this year.
The United Culture Foundation (Chairman Kang Deok-young) held its 24th 'Happy Sharing Concert' on November 6th at the Art Hall of the United Cultural Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, welcoming about 120 residents invited through 10 welfare centers in Gangnam-gu.
The 'Happy Sharing Concert' is a social contribution program that has been held annually with the Gangnam-gu Office since 2010, with the aim of providing classical performances to local residents who have limited opportunities to access music culture, and to achieve coexistence with the local community.
The significance of the event was enhanced by the attendance of Chairman Kang Deok-young of the United Culture Foundation, along with Vice President Kim Hyung-rae of Korea United Pharm., Director Lee Yong-dal of the Welfare and Life Bureau, and Head of Welfare Policy Won Hye-kyung from the Gangnam-gu Office.
The concert consisted of a Part 1 Performance and a Part 2 Luncheon.
Domestic classical performers, including Soprano Kang Su-jung, Baritone Kim Jong-pyo, Cellist Kim Hong-min, and Pianist Baek Dong-hyun, participated and presented a stage harmonizing with the deepening autumn mood.
Chairman Kang Deok-young conveyed his greetings, saying, "I thank the officials of the Gangnam-gu Office who worked hard for the concert, and happiness grows larger when shared together."
Residents who attended the event shared their thoughts, saying, "It was a concert that suited the autumn atmosphere well," and "It was moving to be able to listen to a classical performance that is usually hard to experience up close."
Following the performance, a luncheon was prepared for the audience and related personnel, and health functional foods were also provided.
