조합 측은 “‘두류역 서희스타힐스’ 아파트의 입주 지연 사태가 정치권의 중재와 지원 덕분에 해결됐다”고 밝혔다.

‘두류역 서희스타힐스’ 아파트는 공정률이 90%를 넘긴 상태에서 시공사인 서희건설이 공사비 인상을 요구하며 공사를 중단해, 입주가 무기한 연기됐다. 

이로 인해 600여 가구의 조합원들은 기존 주택을 매각한 뒤에도 새 집에 들어가지 못해 중도금 이자와 임시 거처비 등 큰 피해를 입었다.

사태가 장기화되자 더불어민주당 대구시당은 조합원들의 요청에 따라 시공사와의 간담회를 주선하고, 관할 지자체가 적극적으로 행정 중재에 나설 수 있도록 지원했다. 

당 차원의 꾸준한 관심과 개입으로, 조합원들과 시공사 간 갈등 조정과 정상 준공의 실마리가 마련됐다.

조합 관계자는 “정치권의 지원이 없었다면 정상 입주는 어려웠을 것”이라며 감사를 전했다.

As the situation prolongs, the Daegu City Chapter of the Democratic Party of Korea, at the request of cooperative members, arranged a meeting with the construction company and supported the local government's proactive intervention in administrative mediation.

Thanks to the party's continued interest and intervention, the conflict between union members and the construction company was resolved, and a path toward normal completion was established.

A union official expressed gratitude, saying, "Without the support of the political community, normal occupancy would have been difficult."
